This Coco & Nut Tray Bake is one of the most surprisingly delicious bakes I've ever made. Due to
it's simplicity it costs less than £4 to make and if you're trying to be good, It's not too 'naughty'
either.
Ingredients:
100g - Milk
Chocolate
100g - White
Chocolate
200g - Desiccated
Coconut
85g - Caster Sugar
2 - Eggs
Using
a sharp knife, roughly chop the milk and white chocolate into small
segments. Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk. Add the
rest of the ingredients (including the chocolate) in with the eggs
and mix until fully combined. All that's left to do now is to line
your baking tray with parchment paper, spoon in the mixture
and then bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°c or until golden brown.
I absolutely love this tray bake, it's quick, simple and cheap to make without sacrificing on taste, texture or flavour. I have used this recipe time and time again and it's never failed to impress. I'd love to know if you decide to give this a go and what you think of it, so be sure to leave a comment down below. I personally love it, so I hope you do too!
